Natalie was our realtor for the purchase of both of our homes during the highly competitive pandemic housing market. After years of saving, I was finally able to buy a home but shared the same doubts that many first time homebuyers share: Can I afford a home? Can I find my dream home in the overly competitive Los Angeles real estate market? Will my home have street parking? I asked around my network for real estate agents that could help me with the process and was soon advised that Natalie Ruiz White would be the only one I would need. I contacted her and we were looking at houses that same weekend. My doubts quickly disappeared and all my questions were answered. With Natalie representing me, I knew that I would be able to afford a LA home with street parking available. Her work negotiating and showing us homes across the city was spectacular, but to me the most important thing was how understanding, accommodating, and friendly Natalie was throughout the process. She was constantly checking in (never bothering), very transparent, followed up on her promises, and was like a friend. That to me was very important. If you asked me, I would strongly recommend Natalie to anyone looking to buy a home. I know I’ll be giving her a call the next time I look to buy a home.
