We’ve worked with Alex twice now. First in 2019 when my parents bought their very first home, and again in March 2025 for their second. He stayed committed for almost a year the first time, helping them get qualified and never giving up. This time, he even found their new home off market. Alex was helping me to buy a home earlier this year but unfortunately I wasn’t able to qualify just yet. Instead of giving up, he helped me find a place to lease for a year and him and his lending team are still helping me to get everything in line so I can finally buy once my lease is up.
