The Nelson Brothers team are excellent realtors. I had to sell 3 properties after my husband's death and so have recent experience with 4 different teams. One each for each condo I sold and 2 for our home. Drew and Tim are an outstanding team. Based on their advice, I reconfigered a den back to a bedroom, and made some other changes, relisted at a higher price and then had two bidders within weeks, unltimately getting asking price. They are incredibly experienced, great communicators, and very disciplined and organized in their management of the selling process. I am wildly impressed. I recommend them without hesitation. While they would be great for any couple, if you are alone like me and need support and great advice, I urge you to put them on your short list and consider them for your property.
