Bonnie is everything you could ask for in a realtor. She is professional, experienced, and seeks to understand what her clients are looking for in order to make the often overwhelming and harrowing experience of buying a home much more manageable. She’s a skillful negotiator and knows how to make things happen. We were working with another realtor that we were having a very dissatisfactory experience with and when we realized that staying with the wrong realtor meant we lost our chance at the home we wanted, we looked to find someone better. Bonnie was recommended by a friend and she did not disappoint. It was clear she was an excellent communicator and she spent time listening to what we needed. She was extremely responsive throughout the experience and we appreciated that she was action- and solutions-oriented in her approach.
