⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience with Carlos Sotelo. Communication seemed to happen only when it benefited him or when documents needed to be signed so the transaction could move forward. Outside of those moments, it was often difficult to get responses, updates, or the level of service I expected from a real estate professional. I found him to be unprofessional at times in the way he communicated with us, and there were commitments that I felt were not honored. Buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial decisions a family can make, and trust, communication, and professionalism are essential. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I also referred Carlos to members of my family, and they were similarly unhappy with their experiences. They will be sharing their own reviews and perspectives separately. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend his services and would not work with him again.
