Working with Nohemi was such a great experience from start to finish. No slack in between. We sold and purchased home at the same time, although it was a rocky road she remained positive and a great problem solver. Her entire team was amazing during this process. We have became very close and I look forward to working with her and her team in the near future. What stood out the most was how she was available at all and any time. As a mother sometimes the only us time is at 10PM and she would accommodate with no rush or hesitancy. So thankful to have met and worked with you and look forward to one day joining your team. I truly don’t even know where to begin. Buying my first property was such a huge moment in my life, and I’m so thankful I got to go through this experience with Nohemi and Pepe. Working with Nohemi for our first home purchase was a joy. During each walk through she always had all of the questions in mind that I would not have thought to ask given my lack of experience, and once we had settled on the place we were interested in she helped us through all of the hoops of closing and escrow. When it came time to move, she had all of the connections we needed for renovations and actual moving. If we were to sell our home and move again, Nohemi's upbeat personality and attention to detail are why we would choose her to be our realtor.
