We moved out over a month ago after renting a place for over 2 years. The property manager switched to Cosine for just our last month. After many messages, we still cannot get an answer from anyone regarding the return of our security deposit. The only response is asking for our forwarding address which we have provided at least 4 times. If you have the choice, do not become involved with this group!

Horrible company. Moved out over a month ago and no deposit in sight still. Horrible communication aka none at all. I will be seeing you guys in small claims court for my deposit! Can’t wait!

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! No communication and extremely rude! Don’t waste your time with them! I’m still trying to contact them about a update on my safety deposit and no one responds to emails, text, or call. It’s also been over 30 days since I move out of the house! 100% Do Not Recommend!
