Kyle Thompson, Brian Cane, and the entire Cane Real Estate team are incredible. We got an unsolicited offer on our house that seemed too good to be true, and suddenly needed to sell AND buy at the same time, which we were not prepared for at all. They handled everything on the sell side, made sure the deal was as solid as it appeared, and helped us take advantage of a life changing opp. Then Kyle, apparently the most patient person in the entire world, took us to at least 30 homes all over San Diego before we found the right one (thank you Kyle!!). In a competitive market, he helped us put together a strong offer without overextending, so we could feel good about getting into our new home. And when we did finally get into contract, we had super fast escrow and he personally coordinated every single inspection and vendor and reviewed results and what they meant with us proactively which was a total godsend. The whole team, including their escrow partners, were communicative, on top of every document and date we needed to hit, and made us feel really confident in the process from start to finish. Couldn't recommend them more.

Brian and Jesse make a great team. Patient. Thorough. Knowledgeable. Responsive. Helpful with references for movers, cleaners, stagers and more. They kept us informed over 18 months leading to our decision to sell. They were on top of a changing, difficult market, resulting in a completed sale 26 days after list for well over asking price. Highly recommend them.
