If you are looking to buy or sell a house, Gary is your guy. Gary has a great pulse of the housing market trends, especially in the Conejo Valley area which is where we were looking to buy a home. From the start, Gary sent us a link to create an account for a real-estate portal so he could send us MLS listings directly. What an awesome way to get the latest listings. He was also happy to meet me at any open houses I found myself through Zillow/Redfin. He would meet me on the fly whenever I mentioned there was something I wanted to check out. I loved walking through the homes and hearing Gary's opinions and ideas for what the homes potential could truly be. Also, hearing the honest input about the cost of the homes and what he predicted they would actually sell for. And let me tell ya, as I watched homes sell that we'd seen, he totally nailed it every time!! We eventually found a home that we wanted to put an offer in on and it was such a fast and easy process. Most of the signatures were done via DocuSign. I loved that process because it was so easy! Gary helped us draft the perfect offer and keep lines of communication open with the sellers realtor while they accepted multiple offers. In the end we ended up getting the home and I truly believe it was because of Gary's constant (not pushy) communication. We couldn't be more thrilled. Thank you so much Gary & Lisa!!!

Gary is one in a million. I had to sell a townhouse 5 hours away, that belonged to a dear relative who had passed. It was daunting, and I dreaded jumping into the revenue-driven real estate fray.
