We felt very lucky to meet Arlene and Keith and work with them buying a condo in the Channel Islands. They and their staff went above and beyond in every area of service. I'm a former real estate agent and I know what to look for in great service. They helped us get to know the community, knew about every listing in our price range and keep helping us with referrals for service providers. As out of state buyers we really appreciated the education about the area. Also, they are loads of fun to spend time with. Be sure they show you the Tiki Bar Boat!
