chris came highly recommended by yuriko and andy tse of the tse group who sold our house in san jose. andy tse is one of the top agents in the country so chris’ recommendation by andy was a strong one. we now needed to buy a home in irvine. chris represented us as buyers. chris didn’t disappoint. he always made sure he looked out for OUR interests. on our first submitted offer as a buyer we wanted to go in stronger but chris thought it might be showing too many cards. every other agent would have gone for the easy sale, you know? higher offer means more commission, right? we ended up not winning but chris had another property which we ended up buying. now in this transaction chris also represented the seller but he never commingled the two interests and we are now the happy owner of a new place. chris has great communication and is very straightforward which to me is a huge plus. i would absolutely recommend chris and the kwon group. without any conditions or hesitation.

Chris is genuinely an awesome person and is extremely good at what he does. We approached him to sell our home and buy a home.
