Veronica was amazing! I actually had no intent on having an agent on our house search, but after meeting up with Veronica and discussing the specifics of the home we wanted, I knew we needed her as our agent. Long story short I am 100% certain that without Veronica I would not be in our dream home today! Sparing the details, what should have been an easy purchase turned into a multi month bumpy road, and Veronica kept me grounded and MADE IT HAPPEN! Veronica is responsive, not pushy, listens to her clients, puts up with crazy clients (me), is awesome with Kids, and has connections across the industry. Let me start by saying there are not enough words to describe the level of service and commitment that Veronica provided us during our sale process. We had a 5 acre multi parcel property left to us in trust. During the process we discovered lot adjustments were not filed correctly, a title search discovered the title was still improperly recorded from a past divorce, and we had a renter that was squatting. All of this made for an exceptionally difficult process. The worst part is the issues were discovered after we entered escrow. Now these types of issues usually take months or years to clear up, as the county and city offices move very slowly, but Veronica and her team worked tirelessly and diligently to get these items pushed through within the escrow time window. Nothing less than an impossible feat that required maximum effort and dedication. We closed on time with all documents and records updated and properly in place. This experience was one of the most challenging of our lives. Without Veronica and her team, this issue could have taken months or years to resolve. We gained a realtor and a friend during this process, I recommend her without reserve and do so on a regular basis. She is definitely one of a kind!

There are not enough good things to say about Veronica! She is professional, kind, caring, attentive, efficient and so much more! We are currently renters in Riverside and she helped us find the absolute perfect home for us to rent and she will soon be helping us find our forever home.
