We recently purchased a house in San Diego. We chose Summer to be our realtor, and I’m so thankful that we did. Our search was for a very specific type of house so we had Summer show us all kinds of houses, all over the county (I started to feel bad) and she was always there, on time, with a smiling face. Summer was also constantly looking for properties for us and meeting us as soon as we found something else we wanted to look at. She truly was such a good sport! We have bought and sold before and while we haven’t had too many issues pop up, it’s usually a very stressful time, except this time, we had Summer to navigate us, as gently as possible. We came to really lean on her and she was our rock. She also was a great negotiator on our part, with the sellers, and her professionalism was exceptional. When the house closed and we moved in, we were actually sad that we weren’t going to be chatting everyday! We hope to be in our house for a long time, but when it comes time to buy or sell again, Summer will be our first phone call! I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you, Summer!!
