We have purchased and sold multiple properties over the years but Brad is by far the best and here's why. He's a go-getter, get things done, anticipate your every need, supportive shoulder when you need it, tiger in negotiations, pocket full of resources and referrals, high energy, super sweet and nice, insightful, knowledgeable realtor who keeps his eye on his clients and their needs (not what's going into his pocket) and is flexible, accommodating and ALWAYS responsive to emails and phone calls immediately - even on holidays, weekends and after hours. In our case, we had a rental that needed updating prior to sale. He provided resources, referrals and great suggestions on how to get the 'biggest bang for our buck'. He even met me at Lowe's to review carpet and tile choices (who does that?). As I fretted along (yes! I'm one of those OCD worry wart types), he listened, soothed, comforted and kept me emotionally on track. He listed the property on the low side and he was right!! - we got multiple offers and sold well above asking in 2 days. I could go on and on about how he went above and beyond but bottom line, if you're looking for a real partner in purchasing or selling your home, then you'll be super glad you called Brad! We've known Brad & his family for years. We were renovating our previous home in stages & we were at the stage where the most efficient & effective way to redo the flooring was to move out for some days. I was discussing this predicament with Brad as there was some challenges with such a temporary relocation (i.e. young children in school, pets, etc.). He asked us if this was going to be our forever home, which it wasn't. He then asked us if we wanted to look for a new home. We had been looking at homes online but not seriously. This would be the unplanned fork in the road & Brad made it so easy. He had us make a list of home wants. The 3rd property he showed us in the 2nd week of searching checked more than all the boxes. We put in a bid & within days had our offer accepted. We'd bought a home previously but this home purchase had the additional complexity of selling our current home. We were a little stressed thinking how long we were going to have two mortgages. Brad removed any & all of that concern. He gave us direction on some minor updates to stage the home. The home went up for sale on a Friday & we sold the following Monday. The result was we only had two mortgages for one week. During this process, Brad's experience surfaced quickly & was very obvious. He knew the selling agent, he connected us with a top notch mortgage broker. He listened to our questions & concerns & answered with calm, collected & knowledgeable feedback. "Call Brad, You'll Be Glad" isn't a joke. It may be a simple motto but his years of experience make the home buying & selling process seem that simple. I would endorse Brad to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If life requires us to move out of our current home, Brad will be the first person we call.

Brad was absolutely fabulous to work with on the sale of my condo. He brings positive energy and enthusiasm as well as extensive knowledge and negotiating skills. He spent the time to coach us on how to prep for the sale and his advice was invaluable. Highly recommended.
