My family and I had already done a few attempts to buy a house. One of the times we were really close but escrow fell through. We lost the place where we were living at the moment. I work in costumer service so my number one priority was buying a house for my mom. Almost every agent used to tell me that I needed many things that I was actually scared. Even though the rental was already taken, Karla's positive attitude immediately caught my attention. She suggested that I explore homeownership, even though I was hesitant due to my financial situation. Karla's expertise and guidance were invaluable throughout the entire process. She made the homebuying experience smooth and stress-free. In less than two months, my family and I were thrilled to move into our first home. I wholeheartedly recommend Karla to anyone looking to purchase a property. know I was interested in a house for rent but unfortunately the house I was interested in wasn't available and she asked me if I had an agent. I said "no I don't". I remember telling her I really needed to find a house. I can't be living there anymore. I was interested to buy more than to rent. I explained to her my situation and she said "let's get together with a loan officer first and go from there". After being pre-approved I let them know I wanted to live in Thousand Oaks. The problem was that houses are so expensive. She talked to me about looking in Simi Valley. We looked at one house in Thousand Oaks and I didn't like it. She showed us a few houses in Simi Valley, with decent prices. The houses were fairly nice. After seeing the second house we decided that was going to be our first home. Karla did everything that it was in her hands to make my family's and my dream come true. I can now say that we are the proud owners of a really nice house and everything is thanks to Karla De la Cruz and Faye Miran our loan officer.
