Margaret sold my mom’s house. She made the process easy!! She helped us pack and load up years of my senior mom’s house as the property sold much faster than we anticipated. The buyer requested a 15 day escrow! We didn’t have time to sell anything years and years of stuff! Margaret made everything seamless and easier for my mom to have the info sent to me with permissions through Edocs to process it all faster. She kept us informed all the way through the process and did follow up calls to the escrow company. The house was sold “as is” and Margaret negotiated the best and fair price for both sides. Margaret is the hardest working realtor you can find and will do what needs to be done to make the process as smooth as possible. She loaded up her horse trailer to take stuff to the goodwill and even took old furniture and trash to the dump! This picture is my mom and her dog last pic before she said goodbye. It was bittersweet to have to sell my moms house and Margaret used compassion, patience and kindness through the entire process.

My brothers and I inherited a home with 40 years of deferred maintenance and repairs that was on the opposite side of the country from me.
