I was living in Connecticut (I’m in the navy) and got orders back home to San Diego. I gave some examples of the type of home I was looking for and Michelle kept sending me houses that fit my budget and esthetics. There was always something off on the homes that I got such as, not enough closet space, outdated cabinets, etc… as with most home buying this happens. Then one day I saw IT. Michelle sent over a large space, updated cabinet wear, AC, big front and backyard and a view of downtown. I had to have it. Her and her team hustled and got me a 21 day close and sealed the deal with this house. Not only did she do this but she called my realtor IN CONNECTICUT asking for updates on that sale, making sure I got whatever the loan people needed to satisfy the new purchase. Today is my second day in this house and my home goods have yet to arrive but standing in the middle of this house writing this out. I can tell you. She did good! No, great! This was my second time using Michelle and there’s a reason I keep going to her.

Chad has a thorough understanding of the market place. He is willing to sit down and discuss seller’s interest and market place realities in a very professional and respectful way. Kevin Kepner was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely helpful, convincing us to price our home higher than we expected, and got us more than full asking, which in 2026 is hard to do. He was patient, responsive, and overwhelmingly willing to do the work necessary to get potential buyers to our property. He was instrumental in keeping the transaction going smoothly during escrow and made the process much easier than I've experienced with similar transactions. All around great guy who's good at what he does.
