Most of these good reviews must be fake because I this place is fraudulent and horrible. My husband filed for two years never got a return now has a lot of problems with IRS because our taxes weren’t filed correctly. When we went back to try to get help from Marroquinn Jose instead thought it best to call 911 🤣 instead of help a customer. IRS has already been called

They never answer the phone. It says it’s open but when they do pick it up.. The phone….& u Try to explain something to them . they pass the phone around. And when they don’t understand.the question they get mad and let out deep breath’s you need to grow up
