Their years of experience show in everything from recommending great vendors to help prepare our house, advice on what to fix (and what can be skipped), to the quality of their photographers, how to stage a house well, and so on. They were spot-on for asking price, open house strategy, etc. I can't even imagine how we could get better negotiators when it came to finalizing the deal. Their professionalism and expertise showed even more in guiding us through selection of offers, financial solidarity of the prospective buyers and so on. They were extremely responsive whenever we asked questions (and we asked a LOT of questions). Their selected escrow company was superb too - they really made sure that there would be no issues with any bad actors intercepting our funds at closing.
