We were able to take a cruise while the house was shown and not have to worry about a thing - came back and had offers waiting and was patient and willing to hold out to ensure we took the time in negotiations. Plus when we the pressures of packing and purchasing another house on the other side of the country were weighing us down... Cindy showed up with donuts. You don't just get a Realtor with Cindy, you get a friend and confidante that will see your goals achieved. Stop wasting your time with mediocre realtors...
