Honestly - don't hesitate to hire Monique and Joe to buy or sell your house. We've used them twice and both times (one Selling and another buying) they were, and are, spectacular. What separates them from the others we used in the past is their ability to get to know you and the Buyers/Sellers. They listen to what you need and at the same time are great at matching houses or buyers together. We were NEVER just another client. They also got us great prices, selling and buying! On our last house we had a high offer, and three back-up offers! Highly recommended!
