Ray is a Real Estate warrior! He stayed with us from the beginning and never gave up on our vision despite one hurdle after another. He has a lot of experience and always knows what to do (especially when things go wrong). He'll always answer your call cheerily and he replies to his texts fast. He toured us through several properties and eventually we chose one. We put in the proposal and then the seller raised the price. Ray gave us some good advice. Then later we found out the seller owed more to the bank and that the property was about to go into a short sale. Ray gave us the info we needed to make the right decision. So we walked away from it. Almost immediately we put in a proposal for a better (and cheaper) property. I was pre-approved with a well known mortgage company and we had signed purchase agreements. But 10 days before the close of escrow the mortgage was denied because the HOA reserves were short. So we were scrambling to find another lender. We made several applications but most of them said we'd be in the same boat. Finally we were down to one lender. We had to extend the Escrow. The lender said they needed three weeks more but the sellers only approved two. Ray was able to put us in contact with another lender that said they could make the target date - and they DID! Ray helped arrange a transfer of the appraisal (a new one would have taken another week). The next problem: The HOA wouldn't release the condo insurance policy because the sellers owed them money. Ray negotiated with them and helped come up with a solution. So finally we got our keys and we're very happy with our new condo 😊 Thank you to Ray and Moon Realty.

My partner and I were interested in a townhouse for rent. We both dealt with an agent by the name of John Chang. At first he was responsive to my partner. We saw the place, waited a week, then decided to apply. I contacted John again by text asking how to apply, and instead of answering a simple question, he asks what my FICO score and monthly income was. I told him my income alone was 10k a month. Combined with my partner’s, we make over 175k a year, and more to come after our business opens in 3 months. I told him I didn’t know my current FICO score off the top of my head, as I’ve had no reason to check it in a while. After I said that, he suddenly stopped responding to me. Prospective tenants apply, and pay a fee, per applicant so that way they can run our credit and background. John left me to assume that he stopped responding to me simply because I didn’t want to check my own FICO score, which again, is something HE or his agency is supposed to do. That is the entire point of applying. So you want me to pay to check my current FICO score, only for me to pay you to check it again when I apply? Don’t know if it’s laziness or what, but this is no way to treat prospective tenants who are more than qualified in every aspect, and who possess 21+ years of immaculate rental history. Thanks for wasting our time. If you’re reading this as a tenant, buyer, or landlord, please avoid this agency. They are unprofessional and will waste your time too.
