Most Realtors shy away from a California Probate sale when there is no will or trust with a house to sell. Raylene took it on and ensured she was current on California Probate laws and procedures and utilized her already honed skills to prepare the property and obtain an optimum price. One of the biggest challenges of a probate sale is that the buyer must deposit a large portion of the agreed-to-price before the judge will OK the sale. Raylene used her years of experience to ensure we secured the best buyer. This required precise communication, not only with the buyers, but also with me and the attorney. Another challenge of a probate sale can be the court date and ensuring the buyers show up in court, which they did. Raylene maintained effective management of the transaction from the beginning to the end with the judge's approval and a successful conclusion.
