We recently listed and sold our home in Temecula. CA utilizing the services of Michelle Gausepohl with the Val Ives Team. After we signed on with Michelle , we sold our house on the first open house with more than one potential offer in a stale market that hit the whole country since spring 2025 when we first listed our house with another agency and it didn’t sell, and it is currently still a very tough market.
