I've used both the buyers team and sellers team with Broker Sinclair for home purchases and also sales. I can say that these teams are not the "List it on the MLS and sit around and see what happens" types.. They actively find buyers or sellers for your properties. They market properties to where the buyers are for your type of property. (yes, I'm talking about south of Lewiston) They are fun to work with, honest and reliable.
