The house had a number of good features, but also needed updating as it was to a large extent unchanged from when it was built in the1960s. The virtual staging helped viewers visualize how the house could be transformed, and helped achieve the best price available. From our first meeting through the sale of the property, Doug was proactive and timely, with good listening and communication skills. I accepted his well-supported advice on the listing price. The property sold quickly at slightly more than the listing price, at a time when the market was uncertain and other properties in the neighbourhood remained unsold for long periods of time.
