The laziest landlord and most incompetent landlord I’ve ever had to deal with, constantly complained about having to do his job because he wasn’t being paid extra for coming and fixing our water or helping with issues regarding the lease for example. Never responded to texts or emails about questions when i was a tenant. Probably on something to be honest. Had I known I would have not rented here.
