We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Grant to sell our home. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand what we were looking for and set realistic expectations about the process. I can’t say enough about the entire process of selling my rental property through Grant and his assistant, Natalie. Everything was done seamlessly and efficiently. They embody the definition of full service, from how they listed and marketed the property to how they dealt with inspections and City required retrofit work. I just stayed in the background while they did all the legwork. Before Grant even listed the property he did a thorough walk through and gave us a detailed list of things we could do to make the property more appealing. Grant has LOTS of connections and he was able to advertise our property to more people than only those using the Multiple Listing Service or the other listing service (I forget the name ) used for commercial real estate. He had an Open House where a caravan of Realtors visited the property. This created a lot of buzz and interest in the local real estate market. It certainly helped us quickly get multiple offers that had to compete against each other to get us the highest bid possible. That also helped us to sell the property, “as is,” which in today’s commercial market is not easy to do. My only regret is that I did not use them in the past to sell our other property, and the only reason was because I didn’t know of them at that time. That is not a mistake I will make twice when it’s time to unload more properties. I can’t think of a single thing that can be improved in their service and so I recommend them without reservation. I rarely take the time to write a review for anything since I am very busy, but I had no problem with this one because the service was just so exceptional. You should do your due diligence and interview other realtors since of course who you choose is important. However, I’m sure you’ll end up choosing Grant’s team.

Grant, Natalie, and their team are truly incredible partners in every sense of the word. Our history with them goes back over 10 years when he helped us buy our previous home. When it came time to make our next move, there was no question about who to call. They seamlessly navigated both sides of the process for us - helping us sell that home and purchase a new one. Managing a simultaneous sale and purchase can be incredibly stressful, but they did an amazing job handling all of the complex ins and outs. From flawlessly coordinating inspections and repairs on both ends to helping us move quickly. They got us the best possible offer, and throughout the entire journey, we always felt like our needs were their absolute top priority. Thank you, Grant and Natalie, for everything!
