My husband and I moved to San Diego from Buffalo, NY and weren't completely prepared for the competitive San Diego Market. Jarred was so amazing at making us feel positive about finding the perfect place and putting the New Yorker in my husband at ease. He always would say "Your house is out there". He was always early for every appointment which is such a positive for us. He would respond to texts and calls immediately which made us feel that we were his priority. Knowing Jarrod, he does that for all his clients. He made the whole experience enjoyable and kept a smile on our faces the entire time. Once we found our dream home, Jarred went above and beyond to ensure that we had all of the information needed to make educated decisions. He pointed out things that we should be aware of and was always in our corner. When things started to stall on the sellers side, Jarrod was on it. He went above and beyond for us. We were able to buy a house that already has equity in this market. At the end of everything, Jarrod became a great friend and not just a realtor. Jarrod will always be our go to for any real estate questions or transactions.
