Scott is the BEST agent we have ever worked with. Scott was our buying agent 9 years ago when we bought our first house in Lawndale, after working with 4 other agents before him who ultimately were not the right fit. He then stepped up as our selling agent to sell this same house, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience - especially since we no longer live near the house and are doing much of this work long distance. He helped us develop an action plan of what items to fix to be ready to sell, coordinated with a staging company and other service providers, priced it aggressively generating a bidding war, and helped us navigate the tense negotiation process. In the end, we got more than a fair price, he handled every element of the process with patience and humor! We consider Scott to be the best real estate agent and also gained a dear friend out of the process. I would recommend Scott without hesitation for both buying or selling your house.
