We had the BEST experience with John and Alyssa. So much that we will never use other agents again. We were expertly guided through several showings and many tricky negotiations with the seller before closing on our home. There was a level of personal interaction and genuine care that you just won’t find from anyone else, especially not in this crazy SB market. Even after we closed, John checked in on our home during the heavy rainstorms and offered to install fans in our crawl space to dry it out when we were not able to get into the area due to road closures.
