Carol helped me buy our house several years ago. Throughout the years, I have reached out to her with questions and she has always been helpful. When it came time to sell my house, I knew I wanted her to be my agent again. She walked through my house and pointed out things that needed to be done. She told me that I could sell the house "as is" but that I would get about $60k less than what she thought it would be worth OR I could take her advice and fix up what needed to be fixed and get more money for it. The cost for the work that needed to be done was more than I could afford, but she was able to make it happen anyway. She brought in various people who completely transformed my house. The photos online were amazing. She explained her pricing strategy and it paid off! We received multiple offers in less than a week and my house sold for $30k over asking price. There were two other houses just down the street from me that had been sitting on the market for months and mine sold in a week! What I can say about Carol is that she cares about her clients. She will try to talk you out of spending money whenever she can. She will roll up her sleeves and do whatever it takes. She even negotiated that we stay in our house for 2 weeks after escrow closed, for free. On the day we moved out, I was short on help and Carol showed up and loaded up her own car and took some of my stuff to her house to store temporarily because our moving truck was completely full.
