Our family has known Alvin Tapia for many years. We have always been impressed with his positive, honest, and resourceful approach as a real estate agent. We have followed his success over the years. He used social media as well as other resources to present our home. He and his team did such a great job that we had several offers the day after the open house! Alvin was able to negotiate a fair price that was higher than we expected. We are so grateful for Alvin and his team.
