Wow!!!! Dennis and his team sold my Studio City home the first weekend it was listed. We were in the midst of a X country move and needed help getting the house ready to list in terms of minor touch ups, cleaning and staging. Dennis Chernov and his team provided an exceptional experience throughout the sale of our home and our transition into a new rental property. From the very beginning, Dennis went above and beyond. He personally covered the cost of staging adjustments and continuously provided valuable advice throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was his attention to both the big decisions and the small details. For example, he reminded us about the required notice period for the staging company pickup and even advised us against renting a newly built home we were considering because he had concerns about unresolved plumbing issues. Ou r move was particularly stressful because the timing was extremely tight. We signed the lease and moved into our new home the very next day. Everything depended on receiving the keys at the last minute, and there was no room for delays. Melanie worked tirelessly behind the scenes and helped make sure everything came together early on moving day. Looking back, I still can't believe how smoothly it all worked out. Although our final sale price was lower than what we had originally hoped for, Dennis successfully guided us through a challenging market and helped us achieve the best outcome possible within the right timeline. Looking back now, every piece of the puzzle fell into place step by step, exactly when it needed to. Dennis, Melanie, and the entire team demonstrated professionalism, dedication, integrity, and genuine care throughout the process. We are incredibly grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.
