We could not be more positive about our experience working with Gordon and Nicole. We owned a townhome in The Gardens of San Pedro for many years. When it came time to sell, the property needed to be significantly updated before it went on the market. The issue was that we had long ago moved out-of-state and had no idea how to manage the renovation process remotely. After receiving a post card in the mail from The Inman Team offering their services in the event we were thinking of selling the property, we contacted Nicole by email. She responded immediately and agreed to meet as soon as we could fly out to California. The following week we met with Gordon and Nicole at their office and before the meeting ended, we knew we wanted them to handle our listing. The tremendous value-adding differentiator that Gordon offered was the ability and enthusiastic willingness to manage our entire renovation process, by calling upon a wide variety of contractors he had access to through his Property Management business, including electricians, plumbers, flooring and carpet installers, landscapers, handymen, etc. No job was too small or too big and Gordon arranged for bids, oversaw performance, inspected the work, made numerous visits to the property and even headed to Home Depot for supplies. All work was performed satisfactorily, at reasonable cost and on schedule. Gordon and Nicole kept us fully informed throughout the process by staying in touch through emails, texts and phone calls. When all the improvements were completed, Gordon and Nicole swung into action, promptly listing the property and holding two open houses over a weekend, resulting in several above-asking price offers. Nicole walked us through the advantages and risks of each offer and helped us choose the one that best fit our requirements. After Contract signing, their staff ensured all of the paperwork flowed smoothly and the Closing occurred in 30 days. Gordon and Nicole's service exceeded our expectations in every way. They make a great team, are friendly, professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend The Inman Team without reservation and would not hesitate to retain them again for their expertise and market knowledge.
