It was a pleasure working with Gail and her team. We live in Colorado and owned a second home in La Quinta. Because we were not on site it made it a more complicated sale. Gail, Tom, and Dan checked on the house, made sure it was ready to show, and helped us figure out how to complete any upgrades or cleanings by making actual visits to the house. We met Gail when we bought our first house at the Citrus Club in 2019. Once we realized how much we enjoyed having a second house we started looking at bigger homes to accommodate our kids visiting all at once. We contacted Gail as the market was just getting crazy this past Spring. We were in contact with Gail daily as houses were selling within days of being listed for well above asking. We lost out on two houses and decided to go ahead and put our house on the market. Gail made some suggestions to get us ready and to set us up for a successful showing. All in all, we laughed, cried, signed a lot of papers and ended up with an amazing home to enjoy for years to come as well as new friends in Tom and Gail.
