I also really appreciated their council on the upgrades and minor fixes we needed to decide on. They explained which issues really should be addressed, which ones were optional, and others that would likely not affect the selling price and didn't need to be done, or could just be disclosed. Following their advice likely increased the ultimate selling price $100,000+ and saved us nearly as much from fixing things that didn't really need to be fixed or upgraded. I felt they did an excellent job of marketing our house online and through traditional media. The photographer they chose did an excellent job presenting our house in the best light. Lastly, I felt they did a thorough and spot-on analysis in pricing the house, which led to multiple offers, and eventually a second round of bidding which they guided us through.
