I’m happy to have chance to meet Steve, Park and i am pretty lucky for that! Since it was my first time selling a house, i did not have any idea how it works. Steve explained the process A-Z throughly when we first talked on the phone and he gave me decent advise. Before open house, i was busy with my work so did not have time to arrange my house. Thankfully, Steve dealt with deep cleaning, carpet clean, patch walls, retouched color of walls, hung new lights for better lighting, adjusted position of painting on the walls and fixed toilet lights and patio plug. Also, He helped to clean patio plants and always asked me what he could do more for me. On the process of open house, Steve communicated detail how things were going. I got an offer at the first open house and was able to sold at the 2nd week of open house. Steve is such a hard working and trustworthy. Whenever i have questions, he answered right away even later evening with patient and proper manner, timely respond with txt and very supportive. 🤗Whole time he was reliable and make me comfortable. I definitely buy/sell property with Steve again and strongly recommend to my friends and family for sure.
