Julie is such a great realtor! From day one, she was helpful and professional. The selling of my Mom's house went easy as she did a lot of work for us, as sellers; but mostly because of all the work Julie did for the buyer's realtor, who was MIA. She held us together when we were about to bail. Julie has a way of communicating through emails that helped clarify all the craziness that was involved. I highly recommend Julie. She is a good, kind and patient person who does realty.

Julie did an AMAZING job selling my in-law's home. Talk about doing all the extras required to get the home sold. She did that. We knew it was going to take some work, the house was built in the 60's by my father-in-law and it was being sold as-is. The buyer's realtor was absent throughout the sale process. He was a Zillow agent from the big city and probably couldn't find Ridgecrest. Julie picked up the slack and did a lot of things the other realtor should've done. Her patience and perseverance was incredible throughout the process. When the guy did show up it was him asking for things that should've been asked for weeks prior in the process. Julie still got things done. It was so much that I suggested the family give her an extra payment above her commission, because she deserved it. I would never recommend using a Zillow agent after this, but I highly recommend asking Julie for all my Ridgecrest real estate needs.
