Frank Casper was good to work with. All paperwork was able to be completed electronically; except for signing deed per norm. Very helpful and informative on giving me options.

Lame lazy, lying realtor should retire already, he forced us to use his escrow company which he quoted us $300 I asked him to use the kern county Chicago title company which would have been half price on the escrow costs for me the buyer and the seller, frank lied and messed me up by $1200, on top of that he is extremely rude and horrible to work with, he pretends to be sweet but he really isn't . He is a very u professional realtor, the worst I've ever worked with , will never use him again , I don't recommend this guy, he should have retired a long time ago.
