It was an absolute joy to work with Joy! Finding our home took about five months, and while the process requires a lot of effort, it’s much easier when you’re working with someone you genuinely enjoy spending time with. When it came to negotiations, Joy was incredibly helpful and understanding. At one point, we had an offer accepted on a property but realized it wasn’t the right fit for us. Joy was fully supportive of our decision to cancel, which speaks volumes about her character - she wanted us to be happy rather than just closing a deal. The property that I purchased was not even on the market yet, and Joy was successful in negotiating a great price and setting up all the inspections so I was able to close escrow in 30 days. We started looking at properties in the middle of January, when inventory is pretty low, and found my house in the beginning of March which was incredible. I am doing an extensive remodel of my new home and Joy had amazing referrals for the General Contractor and Landscape Architect and contractor and I was able to create my remodeling team as an amazing bonus!
