I met Stephen around 5 years ago when he helped my mother in law find her new home as well as sell the home she was in. 4 years later it was time for my wife and I to purchase our first home for our family and Stephen was our go to without question. We met with him and told him what we were looking for and what area we were looking in and Stephen was there throughout that entire process and made it the best experience for us with great communication. Stephen helped us find a great lender and with his help we were able to find the perfect home for our family. Stephen would constantly send us updated listings and when we saw the home that was newly built just waiting for the first family to move in and make it a home Stephen worked out the best deal possible and we were able to close within a month of making our initial offer. My wife and I would like to thank Stephen for everything he has done by helping us create a stable foundation for our family.

Stephen helped me buy my first home, and then helped me turn that home into a business that could generate revenue for my family with short term rentals. He also helps me with our first rental property and manages a couple of properties for us. He has helped out properties flourish and is so easy to work with. Shows up with a positive attitude all the time, and really knows his stuff. I wish I could give him 10 stars, but since I can.
