Emily is a great realtor; she is an expert in housing market. When we initially talked to her about selling our property, Emily setup a meeting with us, analyzing the market and explaining the market information. With her abundant experience and knowledge, Emily helped create a strategy to list our property, show the property, attract buyers, accept offers, counter offers, etc. During the whole process, Emily updated the information to us timely and exchanged the opinions with us frequently. As a result, out properly was sold much more smoothly and at a price better than what expected.
