Do not Rent from Dale Cheema!!! We rented at one of the apartments he purchased at West Wilson(family lived there for 20+years before Dale bought it). First of all we used to collect the rent and he let us use the extra space of parking for free for doing that favour. Next thing you know he is charging us $120 for parking there while still collecting the rent. One of the main problems is that one of our neighbors constantly hit the shared wall, well past 10pm and constantly waking us up in the middle of the night. contacted him multiple time and he would just leave me on read. That’s NOT A GOOD LANDLORD. I’ve spent $200 on a camera and another $200 on a dashcam to show him evidence that he wanted. Did he care about that? No he didn’t. It kept happening for half a year. Not to mention those same neighbors would block the driveway multiple times. Those apartments are ROACH INVESTED FYI. All the apartments needed updated, so he let everyone stay while construction was going on. But because we complained about the neighbors he needed us to move out for them to remodel our unit. He also said those neighbors also were sent a letter that they also needed to move. Well my family lives across the street now and low and behold. Those neighbors who were told by me from Dale that they were also be needing to move are still there.They apparently were saved to stay by Dale’s e so called “right hand man”(very bias man who’s best friends with those neighbors)So if you’re moving to those apartments just know your neighbors are going to be repeatedly hitting the shared wall past noise ordinance and they can certainly do no harm and Dale is always gonna side with nuisance neighbors. I have been told by a friend that still lives around there as well that those same neighbors blast music til 2am and the dumpsters are one of the filthiest in the entire ally, since everyone there leaves their garbage on the floor. Don’t rent from this man! Trust has been lost! If you want peace and quiet and actually be heard and listen go somewhere else.
